How Many Calories In 1 Egg White
- The clear, viscous substance around the yolk of an egg that turns white when cooked or beaten

This egg on white gimmick has been done by about a bazillion photographers, but I'VE never done it ... so now I have ... and I can spend the rest of my days playing with the lighting, trying to perfect it :-).
